İade ve Geri Ödeme Politikası (Return & Refund Policy)

1. Genel Bilgilendirme

SULTAN GADİMBAYLİ olarak müşterilerimize yüksek kalite ve özel tasarım ürünler sunmayı hedefliyoruz. Satın alınan ürünlerin iade ve değişim koşulları ürünün niteliğine göre farklılık gösterebilir.

Bu politika, markamızdan satın alınan hazır giyim (Ready-to-Wear) ve özel dikim (Haute Couture / Made-to-Order) ürünleri kapsar.

2. Hazır Giyim Ürünleri (Ready-to-Wear)

Hazır giyim kategorisindeki ürünler için aşağıdaki koşullar geçerlidir:

  • Ürün teslim alındıktan sonra 14 gün içerisinde iade talebinde bulunabilirsiniz.

  • İade edilecek ürün kullanılmamış, yıkanmamış, etiketi çıkarılmamış ve orijinal ambalajında olmalıdır.

  • Üründe herhangi bir deformasyon, koku, kullanım izi veya hasar bulunmamalıdır.

  • İade talebi onaylandıktan sonra ürün tarafımıza gönderilmelidir.

İade koşullarını karşılayan ürünler incelendikten sonra ödemeniz orijinal ödeme yöntemi üzerinden iade edilir.

3. Değişim Politikası

Hazır giyim ürünlerinde:

  • Beden değişimi veya ürün değişimi stok durumuna bağlı olarak yapılabilir.

  • Değişim talebi için ürünün orijinal durumu korunmuş olmalıdır.

  • Değişim talepleri ürün tesliminden itibaren 14 gün içerisinde yapılmalıdır.

4. Haute Couture / Özel Dikim Ürünler

Haute Couture, kişiye özel ölçü ve tasarım ile üretilen ürünleri kapsar.

Bu nedenle:

  • Özel dikim ve kişiye özel hazırlanan ürünlerde iade ve geri ödeme yapılmamaktadır.

  • Ölçü veya tasarım doğrulaması sipariş onayı öncesinde müşteri ile paylaşılır.

  • Gerekli durumlarda küçük düzeltmeler veya tadilatlar yapılabilir.

5. Hasarlı veya Hatalı Ürünler

Ürün teslim edildiğinde:

  • Eğer ürün hasarlı, kusurlu veya yanlış gönderilmişse,

  • teslimden itibaren 48 saat içinde bizimle iletişime geçmeniz gerekmektedir.

Bu durumda ürün incelenir ve uygun görülmesi halinde:

  • ücretsiz değişim
    veya

  • tam geri ödeme yapılır.

6. İade Kabul Edilmeyen Durumlar

Aşağıdaki durumlarda iade kabul edilmez:

  • Özel dikim veya kişiselleştirilmiş ürünler

  • Kullanılmış ürünler

  • Etiketi çıkarılmış ürünler

  • Parfüm, makyaj veya kullanım izi bulunan ürünler

  • Kampanya veya özel indirimli ürünler (duruma göre değişebilir)

7. İade Süreci

İade talebi oluşturmak için:

  1. Sipariş numaranız ile bizimle iletişime geçin.

  2. İade talebiniz onaylandıktan sonra ürün gönderim bilgileri paylaşılır.

  3. Ürün tarafımıza ulaştıktan sonra kalite kontrol sürecinden geçer.

İade onaylandığında ödeme 5–10 iş günü içinde hesabınıza yansıtılır.

At SULTAN GADİMBAYLİ, we are committed to offering high-quality garments and unique designs. Due to the nature of our collections, return and refund conditions may vary depending on the type of product purchased.

This policy applies to purchases made through our official website and includes both Ready-to-Wear and Haute Couture / Made-to-Order pieces.

2. Ready-to-Wear Items

For Ready-to-Wear items, customers may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, perfume, makeup, or alteration will not be accepted.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Exchanges

Ready-to-Wear items may be exchanged subject to availability.

Exchange requests must:

  • Be submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • Be in original, unused condition with tags attached

If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund may be issued according to our refund policy.

4. Haute Couture / Made-to-Order Items

Haute Couture and Made-to-Order pieces are custom-made garments, often tailored to the client’s measurements or created specifically upon order.

Due to the personalized nature of these garments:

  • Haute Couture and custom-made items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Before production begins, all design details and measurements are confirmed with the client.

Minor adjustments or alterations may be offered when appropriate.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer:

  • A replacement item
    or

  • A full refund

depending on the situation.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Haute Couture or Made-to-Order items

  • Worn or used garments

  • Items without original tags

  • Products with perfume, makeup, or damage

  • Certain discounted or promotional items

7. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our customer service with your order number.

  2. Once your request is approved, return instructions will be provided.

  3. After the item is received and inspected, the refund process will begin.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
